Post-blepharoplasty sunken eye
When too much fat has been removed from the orbital area, the eye looks "hollow" or "sunken." For revision, the surgeon uses lipostructure, a procedure consisting of a microinjection of fat. It differs from classical lipostructure in the use of a much thinner cannula.
